Savannah Allen
Savannah brings a wealth of experience in economic development, project management, and community engagement to Hicks Partners. She has worked with diverse stakeholders to support growth initiatives and develop strategies that drive success for clients and communities.
Savannah started her career at SomerCor in Chicago, where she administered a city-wide grant program, assisting a portfolio of nearly 100 small businesses in obtaining critical funding. She also worked closely with the City of Chicago Department of Planning and Development to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the programs.
Most recently, Savannah played an active role in fostering economic development in Union County and Marysville, Ohio. She led initiatives to support local businesses, strengthen workforce programs, and secure resources for community growth and redevelopment projects. Her efforts have helped connect businesses with opportunities and promote economic strategies.
Savannah earned a Master of Science in Economic Development degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Murray State University. She has also completed additional training in business retention, finance, and site development.
