Bill has managed and written winning proposals for DOD, DOE, GSA, USDA, NIH, CDC, HRSA, DOJ, NASA and many other federal agencies. Additionally, he has spent many years as a grant proposal reviewer for various federal agencies. He leverages his extensive experience and knowledge to provide grant writing as well as proposal and business development support to organizations pursuing federal and state opportunities.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a concentration in Journalism. He went on to work as a copy editor, copy chief, and reporter until his journalism career led him to public and private sector roles working on grants, contracts, and other federal documents.
