Chris’ extensive background includes pivotal roles as Director of The Ohio Development Services Agency (now Ohio Department of Development), counsel at Bricker & Eckler LLP’s Public Finance section, and serving as both city Mayor and County Commissioner; these positions have provided her invaluable insight into development, finance, mobility and public transit, energy, and compliance work as well as public-private partnerships.  Her private sector experience includes senior leadership roles at  The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and serving as Corporate Counsel at Wendy’s International.
