Jenna Ragland
Jenna Ragland brings more than a decade of experience in business operations, human resources, and financial controls to Hicks Partners. As Finance & Operations Coordinator, she supports the firm’s day-to-day financial management, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and reporting, while helping strengthen the internal systems and processes that keep client work moving.
Prior to joining Hicks Partners, Jenna led operations, HR, and financial functions at SolShine Solar Solutions and served as Director of Project Management at Solar is Freedom, where she built KPI tracking, procurement, and budget oversight practices across a growing organization. Her earlier career includes project management and office operations roles in the solar industry and five years teaching business, accounting, and finance at Pickaway Ross Career and Technical Center.
Jenna holds a master’s degree in Business & Adult Education from Bowling Green State University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Education from The Ohio State University. She lives in Grove City with her family.
