He provides strategic leadership, technical advisory services, and proposal response services to help his clients obtain federal awards/contracts from a wide range of federal and state agencies. Randy’s efforts have resulted in multiple long-term federal awards/contracts, including with the Department(s) of Education, Treasury, and Commerce, as well as other federal agencies. He has also supported clients in securing contracts with several state governments.

Randy’s efforts have helped clients secure multiple long-term federal awards/contracts with the Department(s) of: Education, Treasury, Commerce, as well as DOI, DOJ, HHS, HUD, IRS, PBGC, USDA, Navient (Sallie Mae), and other federal agencies.

In addition to federal awards, Kamm has also successfully supported clients that have secured contracts with the State(s) of CA, FL, IA, MO, NC, NY, OH, and TN.
